If you are covered through one of the PRAM Employer, State or Local Government, or Association Prescription Drug plans and have reached this page, we would like to assist you with any issues or concerns you may have.

PRAM has assigned an Account Manager to each Employer, Governmental and Association Group. Your Account Manager is the person that can best assist you with all questions and / or issues as your Account Manager is the person most familiar with your particular plan. Your Account Manager can be reached at 1-800-262-7726, between the hours of 8:30am and noon, and 1:00pm to 4:30pm, Pacific Time.

If you have called your PBM help desk and they were unable to help you, please follow the steps below:

Step one: Have the name of the person you spoke with at the PBM, as well as the date. Have as much information about your question as possible, including dates, name of drug(s), name and phone number of your pharmacy, if applicable, and the response provided by the PBM
Step Two: Be ready to give the receptionist the name of the group or association through which you are covered, which will assist in determining who your account manager is.
Step Three: Have your member ID number ready, which will assist in locating your eligibility in the system.
